Strada Care is very proud to announce a successful Inspection by the regulator Care Quality Commission in October 2019. In a climate of many current challenges in the Social Care sector, our Supported Living services underwent a routine review across multiple supported living services across Surrey with many successive improvements culminating in a very positive rating, judging the service as a GOOD. We achieved a Good Rating in all five areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.
“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and s
taff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. People told us they were happy with the care and support they received from staff. People were involved in day to day decisions about their care and support as much as possible. People were treated with dignity and respect by the staff. Staff knew the people they cared for as individuals and were seen to take time to sit and talk with them, and involve them in activities and duties around the houses they lived in.”
As part of the inspection, there was valuable first-hand feedback from our supported living clients, staff, and relatives to demonstrate the perception of the work done at Strada Care from different points of view.

I know that my team feel they can move things up a level, and we are hugely committed to a blue-print that delivers Outstanding care, and it is a primary of the team to gain the prestigious ‘Outstanding’ rating at our next CQC inspection.”
