Meeting, and then exceeding the Regulator Standards

Strada Care remains committed to meeting the Care Standards as set out with our regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Consistently attaining a GOOD rating between 2012 and 2017, one of our supported living services unfortunately encountered operations challenges, resulting in a disappointing Inspection Rating. A heavy amount of work and team restructure was implemented in 2018 and 2019, with a recovery of compliance at our most recent inspection in November 2019, with all issues raised previously being addressed. We were upgraded back to a GOOD.

We are now aiming continued improvements towards an ‘Outstanding’ standard. Our ultimate aspirations remain to achieve excellence and work towards a stronger rating at our next inspection.
