We have a newly developed admission process to place customer care at the heart of planning. This helps ensure that the process of admission is as comfortable, less stressful and if possible, an enjoyable process, through careful planning.

  • Assessment in person by our Assessment Lead and Service Manager
  • Arrangement of visit to the Placement Location, and Meet Tenants and Staff
  • Quick Tour of Local Town if Appropriate
  • Custom Care Package
  • Costing/Funding planning
  • Apply for Housing Benefit
  • Organise personal finances

Plan Move Day:

Moving Day:
