Available jobs: Full-time, Part-Time and Bank work

CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR : SUPPORT WORKERS to cover various shifts throughout the entire week in CATERHAM, MERSTHAM, WEST EWELL and ASHTEAD.

Competitive Support Worker Pay Rates from £10.50 (no prior experience) to £10.80 per hour plus enhancements on weekends and bank holidays, variable contracts available. Subject to Experience and Qualifications. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience preferred, but not essential, but the right caring attitude and character is essential.
  • Full training will be provided and you will need to commit to a minimum QCF(NVQ) Diploma Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Drivers would be very beneficial but not essential for the staff team
  • Breaks included and paid
  • Enhanced rates paid on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • DBS cost covered by Strada Care, subject to a successful probationary period
  • We will actively encourage your Personal Development with a Personal Development Plan, tracking with regular Supervision, Mentoring, Training and Appraisals. We have an excellent record of promoting career development and have successfully developed Support Workers through to Team Leadership and Managerial level.
  • We are also happy to enrol you onto our Bank Staff team to cover absences or gaps in the rota. You don’t need to commit to a fixed hour contract, and will be contacted if ever you might be needed.
  • Assistance with travel: at our Merstham house only, we have an agreement with a local taxi firm for a 10% discount. Call for more information.
