We are very pleased to announce that we have made an important strategic decision to switch to a new digital platform for our care planning and care documentation. Everyday,  our care and support staff work hard to document essential information on each and every client we support, from what they have eaten to what activities they may have participated in. Freeing up time to support clients directly and improving the quality of documentation would seem to be an impossible task, but following a review of our existing platform and an exploration of the new products on offering the market, we felt it was time to move to a relatively new care software platform called Care Vision. It has required substantial investment of time and money to make this switch, but we are confident that this new product that is supported by a so-far impressive support team, can allow us to improve our documentation and planning for the benefit of our clients.

Ease-of-use, quality recording and powerful reporting are just some of the features we now hope to benefit from. Importantly, our senior leadership team is very enthusiastic about the new system and how it will improve the effectiveness of their individual teams.
