We have an excellent record of promoting career development and have successfully developed Support Workers through to Team Leadership and Managerial level.
Our current Team Leaders and Deputy Manager have all been promoted from within, through active encouragement and support with fully funded training and development. Some have worked hard and achieved Level 5 in Health and Social Care with Leadership.
The Management and Directorship are actively engaged with the entire staff team, and have an open door policy as well as good visibility and transparency throughout the organisation. We balance a professional working culture with a warm and friendly environment.
Our Teams of Support Staff at each service are mentored and supervised every step of the way, so you will never feel out of your depth.
We will actively encourage your Personal Development with a Personal Development Plan, tracking with regular Supervision, Mentoring, Training and Appraisals.
