So pleased to announce that our regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have returned to reinspect and gather information on how Strada Care meet the requirements to deliver support and care to our valued clients, and have concluded we retain our GOOD status throughout all the key lines of enquiry to deem whether our services are Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well-Led.
Two years on from our last inspection, our hardworking team have upheld the essential quality of care and support throughout a tough pandemic, that our clients deserve. Following a rigorous inspection during the last lockdown in December, we worked with our supportive local inspection team to provide all information requested so that they could make an accurate evaluation of our services.
We continue to aspire to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ rating at our next inspection in two years, and have some exciting new developments planned to reach this being implemented over the next few months. I would like to thank Caroline Kaiser, Sue Johnson, Sharon Whitby and Hannah Deen Swarray in our senior leadership team for steering and motivating our amazingly dedicated and hardworking support team through these difficult two years and upholding the standard of care.
