As Executive Director of Havenmore Housing Association CIC, I lead the organisation’s strategic and operational direction, overseeing all aspects of housing management, financial governance, and partnership integration. In close collaboration with Strada Care Ltd, I ensure that our joint supported housing services deliver both high-quality care and sustainable housing solutions for individuals with support requirements.
In this capacity, I am responsible for intensive housing management, tenancy oversight, housing benefit liaison, income assurance, and financial planning; ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and value for money. I also lead on developing sustainable business models for supported housing aligned with local authority frameworks for individuals with care and support needs.
With over 25 years of experience in driving financial performance and operational improvement across multiple sectors, I bring a strategic and solutions-focused approach to my work. My leadership ensures that Havenmore and Strada deliver integrated services that are not only person-centred and outcome-focused but also resilient and financially robust.
For the past 12 years, I have specialised in the health and social care sector, successfully navigating complex funding streams and regulatory environments, and delivering service improvement initiatives that enhance both operational delivery and financial outcomes. My earlier career included leadership roles at De La Rue, Kellogg’s, and in the newsprint industry, where I led cost reduction programmes, efficiency gains, and process optimisation initiatives.
This blend of cross-sector expertise informs my approach to supported housing today; combining commercial acumen with a commitment to social value. The partnership between Havenmore and Strada is grounded in a shared vision: delivering ethical, high-quality, reinvestment-led services that support people to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
