Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Conditions and Complex Needs in Surrey and Sutton

Introducing Strada Care

Supported Living

For Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Conditions and Complex Needs in Surrey and Sutton

Strada Care based in Redhill in Surrey, is a family-owned registered Care Provider delivering Supported Living services, with a stronger focus on the learning disabilities adults sector, including autism and various mental health conditions.
We support our clients with person-centred care planning to nurture and promote their development and potential as appropriate, responding to personal needs and ability, and respecting choice and control. Some clients are also supported with physical disabilities. We are passionate about exploring new concepts that benefit the quality of life of those we support. We actively work with our community including our local colleges, local commerce, neighbours and residents, local authorities, and other care providers across the care pathway. We currently run 5 services and have developed plans to expand across Surrey.

We pride ourselves on having a skilled, dedicated, loyal team with low staff turnover and minimal agency usage to maintain consistency of service. We are open and transparent with our valued stakeholders including health and social care professionals, the local authorities and our regulator the Care Quality Commission.

We divide how we support our clients into the following main categories:

  • Life Skills
  • Daily Tasks
  • Employment & Volunteering
  • Hobbies & Pastimes
  • Learning & Development
  • Supporting & Seeking Companionship

Supported Living means delivering care and support to people in their home within the community, usually sharing. Housing is provided either through local housing associations or by our sister property company Havenmore Housing.
